Our 30 day "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Delivery Charges, Gift wrapping & Other Services
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working days cooling-off period, we will also refund the normal postage charge for the delivery of that item but we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. You will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.

Cooling-off Period
At Austrian Arabic Center we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
You also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg.: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please fill out the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: gift wrapping).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
How to Return Books, Music, DVD, PC & Video Games, Software, Toys:

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number
- If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Your Account.
- In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip
- Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories

How to Return Unwanted Gifts
If you are returning a gift purchased for you at Austrian Arabic Center, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which you may use as part or full payment for future purchases from our Web site. Your gift certificate will be posted to you at the same address to which the original gift was delivered--and don't worry, we won't let the person who sent you the gift know about your return.
Please remember that normal returns criteria apply and that your refund will not include delivery or gift wrapping costs unless the return is our fault.
How to Return Items Damaged in Transit
If you take delivery of an Austrian Arabic Center package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
How to Return e-Books
Austrian Arabic Center is currently unable to accept returns of e-Books once downloading has commenced.
How to Return Faulty Items
You have the right to return a faulty item within 2 weeks.
Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your
item as this will be needed should there be a fault.
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item,
you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer
directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If this is
not possible, or does not solve the problem, please contact us.
